Getting implants in 3 weeks and still undecided between saline and cohesive gel, worried about the complications of gel.

I've heard of women who've been thrilled with both. It seems that I see a lot of great reviews of the Memory Gel. Here's one. Here some doctors discuss the merits of both saline and silicone. We also have a thread going in our breast implant forum about silicone implants and disease. This is a controversial issue, as you probably know.
