Has anyone had their implants removed and replaced under a local in the Dr. office?

I am having my saline implants removed and replaced with silicon implants because of a bubble like place on each one of my implants that the Dr. says is rippling but i think is because it is not fully filled as it is on both breasts on the top like a bubble..any way to make me happy he offered to replace with silicone at his cost...$1500 for the new implants and the 500 for his stuff he will use to do the surgery. Has anyone had the implants done in the Dr. office under a local. I am just curious how it went. Feed back would be great. Thanks
