Ok, so they obviously aren't the only reason that I have put on weight over the past 4 years, however I do think personally I have had a psychological urge to gain weight since I've had them. I know that sounds strange, but after getting my implants I was so concerned with them looking 'fake', and they felt huge for my frame, that I quite enjoyed gaining a little weight at first because I felt that they fitted me better and looked more natural. That was also my 'excuse' when people said that I looked a little bigger, I just used to say that I gained a little weight. Before I got implants I was a UK size 8 /10 (not sure what that is in US sizes), and now I'm more of a 12, so its not a huge amount, but now that I am planning on getting them removed I know I will be more aware of the weight that I have gained, because my small breasts will look teeny tiny in comparison. Also, did anyone else find running and doing certain workouts strange? Again, I know it sounds like excuses, but I was a member of a gym for a while when I first got implants, and was always worried about doing damage to them etc. I feel like having the implants is a barrier to getting in shape again because they will look so odd or out of place if I am too thin. Anyway, I can't wait to get them out, and feel natural and healthy again. Then I will concentrate on getting back in shape. Anyone else have a similar experience?
