How do I know if my implant is leaking?

I have had my saline implants for a little over 2 years now.A few days ago I woke up & my left breast was sore. It is very uncomfortable to lay on my left side still. I can feel something on the left side of my breast that feels like it is just floating around- but there is also the same thing in my right breast- but more underneath. It is probably just my implant? Basically, my implant is still sore and I'm not sure if I have a slow leak or if I just slept wrong. Please help! Thanks.
