Humana Insurance?

I am waiting on insurance approval for a BR.  I have a Humana PPO policy through my employer.  My PS stated that she doesn't work with Humana a lot but also said it is not the "worst" insurer to work with in getting a BR covered.  After reviewing a number of websites, I can't seem to find anything about Humana's requirements for a BR.  Does anyone have any experience with BR and Humana insurance?
