Houston Area Surgeons That Offer In-house Financing?

I recently had a baby, and I have been looking into having a tummy tuck done. It's not that my credit is bad, I just don't have any as of right now. I was wondering if anyone knows of any surgeons in or around the Houston area that offers in-house financing? I do not want to go through any of those "instant approval" financing companies that charge an arm and a leg in interest rates, so I am exploring other options. I have a monthly income of 2,220 and can make up to $450 payment a month.
