Hoping it goes well...

My surgery is 2 weeks away. I feel like I picked a great doctor, certified, experienced, specialized in rhinoplasty, ear-nose-throat background, great before/after photos... yet all those images of poorly done nose jobs I've come across online really worry me. Here is my photoshopped version of result I'm hoping for:

It sounds like you've done all your homework and your expectations seem realistic. I truly hope you get what you want. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't!
