Here is one I found that sounds interesting and has similar "active ingredients" to some of the commercial wraps:

  • 2 cups of water
  • Contents of 3+ green tea bags
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 1 tbsp oil of choice
  • 1 tbsp vitamin E
Additional supplies:
  • Ace bandages or paper towels
  • Syran wrap

Bring water to a boil and then add the dry ingredients.  Let everything dissolve and then turn the heat off and add the remaining wet ingredients.  Mix well.

Soak ace bandages or sturdy paper towels in the cooled mixture (mixture should be warm but not hot).  Wrap them around your trouble areas and then use syran wrap to keep the soaked bandages/towels in place.  Syran wrap should be tight but not uncomfortable.
