any home remedy for tooth discoloration?

years after my root canal my teeth became yellowish..you can see the difference between the other teeth..i smoke and i love coffee so much and it temporarily stains my teeth, so, i decided to have it whiten. now i have to go back cause it's starting to turn yellow again..what home remedy can i use so i won't have to go to my dentist again and again to have my teeth whiten?

I think you need to use Pearly Whites Express Teeth Whitening Centers Teeth whitening home kits for doing it yourself rather than going to dentist moreover this is cheaper.

Plus White 5 Minute from the drugstore is the best. You have to use corrently though. You need a formed tray because you'll want to be able to skip teeth that you don't want to lighten.
