Fix high tummy tuck scar?

Hello, I had a TT about two years ago. I am not pleased with the scar, which is too high and thicker in the middle. The scar comes up to the edge of my jeans and above my panty line. Can it be lowered?

Also, when I stand up, my tummy feels tight but I noticed that the skin ABOVE my belly button sags when I bend over. Why is that happening and can that be corrected?
