Will high profile implants give me bigger, "more fake" look?

I am 5'8" 130lbs and I am about to get my 400cc saline implants removed and replaced with 800cc Mentor round high profile silicone. My goal is to have the biggest most obviously fake boobs ever (think porn star)! Will this give me the right result? Will 800 cc's be enough to give me a DD? I am currently a large 34 C.

The fake look mostly comes from going too big and using a high profile implant. my preference is for an anatomic implant or a smaller size that i strictly choose based on the width of your chest.

The look of your breasts will be determined by multiple factors such as placement (above or below the muscle), size of implant, profile of impalnt and type of implant (saline or silicone). The bigger you go the more fake they will look. The profile typically changes from moderate to high profile the bigger you go as well. It sounds like you may get what you want with 800cc.

My 800cc high profile look like big lumps on my chest no stand out round defind looking boobsI have always had big Boobs and loved my cleavage .I was so sad when i found out i had cancer. Praise God im cancer free now ! But i just had my silicone implants High profile 800cc put in on 8/12/10 , But my breast dont have much cleavage there is no real round look to my so called DD's its looks like 2 big mounds .will they get more define and look more real.is the swelling all around the implants keeping the boobs from looking like boobs.I showed the doctor what i was wanting to look like and he never said that he couldn't get them to even look close to what i was wanting to look like.what should i do. Just for some info on my body shape ...I am 5' 5'' and 170 and losing some weight finally and planing on getting lipo and a tummy tuck.most of my fat is around my waist and back ,shoulders and arms.could this be the problem with how my new boobs are looking.

5'5" .. I am surprised he was able to fit 800cc in??

I am 5'6" and have 375cc HP and am a 36DD.

I'm surprised too..I read all these posts about women getting 600-800cc and I'm confused as to how that size implant could fit into most women. I'm 5'4" 150lbs and went with 400cc which was the largest implant my ps told me that would fit into my body. I have been told that 350-400 is the average size and the most popular size. Do these women just insist on getting these bigger implants or are they using the chart put out by the implant companies telling what size implant to use. I would be afraid to put something in my body that is too big for my body to conform too.
