Hey there swollen ladies, check this out

I went into whole foods and picked this up. they said it was the best for swelling. it's a homeopathic anti-inflamitory and it reall seems to be helping with the swelling.   http://www.traumeel.com/   it comes in many forms. I got the liqued drops to take internally.  arnica seemed to help as well, but this seems to work better. :)
