Is it possible to get a hernia from a BL?

Ive been feeling a burning sensation by my ribs, about 2 inches below my left breast. I feel it when I twist or use that side of my body to do things like open a sliding door. It feels like what I would think a hernia feels like. It got a bit worse after I went on my first walk today (just a 1 miler). Not sure if it's even possible to get a hernia after BL?

Great question! I really haven't heard of this. But that doesn't mean it's not possible. I see that you also posted this as a question in the doctor q&a community. I'm interested to read what they say...
