Help with Recent Rhino/septo

I got my rhino/septo this past Wednesday. Earlier tonight my family had me laughing a little bit and I feel like my nose cast was loosened. Is that possible??
When I start to smile, it doesn't feel as tight where my nose/cheek meet. I don't feel any sharp pains (still have pressure on the top of my nose some) and am still kinda wet congested in my nose.
Could I have damaged anything? was it possible that i loosened the cast?? I'm supposed to get it off first thing monday morning.
It's unlikely that laughing a little would do any damage to your nose, but if you're concerned give your surgeon's office a quick call. That's what they're there for. :0)
