Need help preparing for BBL

Hi everyone, Im traveling to DR for my bbl March 7th and will be there 14 days, then I am taking my flight back which has a lay over but is a 7 hour flight all together. I know I need a pillow for my butt, but not sure which one. I read on this site some DR recommended not using a donut. So any suggestions from those that have flown to get their BBL? Also any recommendations and things I should pack to help my post op. Thanks!
