Help! London Girl Looking for a Dream Butt: Top 5 Butt Doctors?

Been doing research for quite a while and after years of being depressed and having a flat butt , its time to do something about it i seriously don't no where to start , for one i have a budget can't afford afford more than $9000 . I m in need of a some advise on what dr to look at and any helpful advise.

I'm 5'6 and a size 10 us and a 14 /16 uk (weight up and down :( also if u guys have any helpful tips on how to lose some weight fast would love to hear it , i just need to stop eating , or throw away the fridge. My friends don't understand and i have not told them i gonna get it done.
