Help! I'm looking for a surgeon who is experienced with doing the Benelli lift and Vaser Hi-Def

Hi I'm a 46 year old mom of 4, living in Desert Hot Springs, CA. I'm looking for a surgeon who is experienced in performing both the Benelli lift and Vaser Hi-Def. I am willing to travel as far as my budget will allow me (by train if doctor's office is over 400 miles away). I have saline implants that I would like to have removed and, I am interested in fat transfer, as well. I was wondering if it was possible to transfer fat into the breasts after removing the implants and doing the Benelli lift. If anyone has any information to give me, please respond. Thank you!
