Looks like this is an old Forum but I'm going to post anyway. I am 50 years old and will be starting Clear Correct in about two days. I'm a little scared, I'll admit, of the pain. My teeth have a few problems. Cross bite and about three teeth that are crooked. Not really too bad. Nobody notices but me but I still want to finally get them fixed. Never had braces which I should have had when I was young. Any way, looking forward to writing my experience as I go along and may be ask questions. Hopefully someone will be on to correspond. Thank you!

I'm going to switch this up a bit. I will start a review on my teeth. I think it will be a better forum as I can write how I feel as I am going along. I would love it if you would follow me there so we can chat. Thanks for being so kind and replying. Take care and keep up the CC! :D

Yes u will feel when u get ur phase 1. Starts the teeth moving process. I had 4 liners in phase 1. Pain last that day and the next for sure. Teeth will be tender. I felt more pain in my phase 2. Which is what I'm in now. Why do I like CC. I can eat whatever I want lol, and I have seen a great difference in just 5 liners. It's working.

I'm so happy you are happy and that CC is working for you! I love to hear positive results! I'm happy that I just have come this far! ( you know, being able to afford them and following instruction very well, considering I'm 50 years old!) I know the next phases will be difficult but I must keep stronge. See, I already have some health issues that cause pain so I will admit I'm afraid of this pain to come. If it only last a few days and then subsides then I think I will be able to handle it. If there is pain the whole time that will be quite challenging! I hope I can lean on your shoulder for encourage to keep going! My family is very supportive, don't get me wrong, but it's nice to talk with someone who is going through this. How do you post Pix on here? I'm on my iPad and not too sure how. I would like to show you how my teeth look now. Thanks for being a CC friend!

Well, I guess nobody is in the forum so I will track my progress to myself! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I finally went to my dentist today to get my Clear Correct started. Phase O, I believe, is what they start with. The first ones are to see how they feel, if they need adjusting, and for you to just get use to wearing them. I have had them on for about three hours now and they feel snug. A little pressure on my teeth but nothing horrible. It's to be expected. I will be taking them out for eating and drinking (except water) and snapping them back in immediately after brushing. Must wear them at least 22 hours in a day. I will be returning to my Dentist in three weeks to get me new aligners. So it begins. I am very excited and thankful that I can FINALLY take care of my teeth at this age of 50. So, I will continue to update as thing progress. To myself, that is. HA!

Phase 0 is just so ur teeth don't move anymore. Make sure u wear them a lot bc ur first set of Phase 1 will be tight and fit differently for sure. I am glad you are where u are wanting to be as far as CC. I never had braces either bc my family cldnt afford them. I prayed this day wld soon come for me and its her. Almost 30, but I am ok with that :)

Hello! So happy you will correspond with me! I know I am in the passive stage. I have had them now almost two weeks. I feel much better about them and are getting used to them. I have also mastered bringing my Brushing Kit wherever I go. I believe I have them in more than 22 Hours because They aren't out for very long. Just eating and drinking. I do know the next phase will start moving them and feel tight. Does it hurt that bad and will it take a few days for the pain to go away? Ty!
