Keep your diet really mild and try taking some Cimetadine. I had the same problem for a while and could only eat about a half cup of anything for a long time. I always felt like it was sitting or stuck in my throat.
If this doesn't ease up soon then contact your doctor. They have prescription meds you can get to help this.
I found with time and the Cimetadine I improved.
