Healing time with Mommy Makeover

For those of you who have already had one....how long till you could pick up your children? I am have a lift and augmentation on Apri 14th but am thinking of also doing a tummy tuck ( I am talking to the Dr monday but am curious to know from those who already have done it). I have my sister here to help the first 10 days after but then I'm on my own. Would I be ok to lift my children after 10 days or not? Also My Husband gets back from Deployment First week of July.....After 12 weeks would I be healed enough (on average) to go on a vacation...like a cruise?

Hi, I was wondering if you happened to get the full mommy makeover with tummy tuck? I am also a military spouse and am scheduled for surgery Feb. 27th. I'm a little worried about the recovery time and lifting my children as well. I just don't really know what to expect as far as pain goes. I'm excited as well as really kind of worried.
