I am nearly 6 weeks post op from my reduction/life. It's been a long, painful process. When will I see the full reduction results and when will I be able to get back to spinning and running? 7 weeks without them are making me depressed!! Any suggestions, encouragements, etc... ?
Your reduction results may take up to a year so be patient. You will be fine and I know this is a process.
