Do HcG Shots and Phentermine Really Help with Weight Loss?

This is my second time doing the HCG diet. I originally tried it in December 2009. I lost about 25 lbs during the 39 day protocol. The first time I cheated after the second week, because the diet was just to hard and restrictive. For the remianing weeks I only half way did the diet (still gave myself the injections though) and still managed to lose the weight. So yeah the diet does work.....however if you revert back to your old ways of eating whatever you want you will gain every single ounce back. I recently started the diet again ( 3/19) and so far have lost 12 lbs. For whatever reason the protocol isn't as difficult to stick to this time. I've only had to use the phentermine once and I'm really not hungry. I think the hardest part is that the diet is so boring, but other than that it isn't that hard and you will lose the weight. Hi Mandilynn, I just started the shots two days ago and am still in the 2-day "gorge" phase (i hate this, becuase i don't normally eat this much), but I will post results as they happen.
