Been looking up at lots of before and after pics on various websites of surgeons and on realself. Not many have much to do with tip refinement. I am not talking about fixing a droopy tip. I am talking about re-sculpting a big chunky, projected, gross, bulbous tip that ruins your appearance, which would be more complicated seeing as how I am looking to remove a bump and straighten my nose. Most before and after pictures do not show this. However, when they do they don't look that good, I do not think that is always because of the swelling. Some say a doctor should be able to accomplish fixing a bump, straightening a nose and refining a tip at the same time. Others say that you need to do more than one rhinoplasty procedure. In any case, is tip refinement in itself risky? Is it just as easy to get a good result in tip refinement as it would be to straighten your nose or remove a hideous bump?
