What happens when you break your nose with grafts inside?

what happens when you break your nose with grafts inside? would it be easier to fix it with ear or rib inside and does it mean that you have to exchange it with another graft or stable the one which is inside? Did it ever happen in your experience?

Hi Undercover, Your questions are best answered after examination of your nose. You may require just observation or may need surgery depending on the extent of your injury. It doesn't matter what type of graft is inside. Best to visit your rhinoplasty surgeon within 5 days of your injury. Good luck and be well. Dr. P
