hanging columella

Has anyone had this reduced (only this) under local anesthesia?  Can you explain the exact procedure?  How much did it affect the nose? Appearance?  How much did you pay? Painful?     I am seriously considering this procedure.  Any info would be helpful.     Thank you

Hi there! It sounds like it depends on why the columella is hanging. Go here to read what doctors have to say about fixing this under local sedation.
