Gynecomastia and Stomach Liposuction Billed to Insurance?

I am considering getting both of these procedures done in the coming months. I'm fairly sure BlueCross/BlueShield PPO will not cover surgery for cosmetic reasons but is there a way that I can ask the surgeon to bill it such that I stand a chance of getting part of the procedure fees reimbursed? Any creative suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
