There are a few RealSelfers who have had BBL in Mexico, with mixed results:

I don't know who the girl in Cancun used but the Tijuana ladies used either Dr. Campos or Dr. Suarez. I hope this helps!

The top drs in Mexico are Campos Leon, Panjata, Fuentes, Cardenas, Rosas
Some of the spellings are wrong maybe
