Interesting concept...clearly anything that gives you a competitive advantage is worth considering. Plus the boost to self-esteem never hurts. You look good, you feel good, you go in with a smile on your face...

I'd think a good place to start would be something like LASIK. As someone who's had LASIK - it's seriously life-changing and there's nothing like waking up in the morning and being able to see without glasses ... just makes you more confident. Gotta imagine it would carry over to confidence in job interviews.
