Crowded teeth okay for Invisalign?

I seem to have a lot of crowding on my upper arch and a various other problems like an overbite or so. I will have an appointment with a dentist next week, but i need to know if i should make any hopes for using Invisalign or not. Also, u consider that by extension i could have enough room for my upper teeth to fit, instead of removing one of them?

i have crowded teeth on bottom but spaces on top. Can invisalign still help me?
