Weight gain in upper body after tummy tuck

after my tummy tucky 2 1/2 years ago, I seem to be gaining all the weight in the upper part of my body. It looks awful!

Perhaps you should be evaluated for hormonal, metabolic, or other medical problem. If they are all negative, diet and exercise.
