Possible full nipple graft

Hi everyone, I've had back pain for years and years that I kept under control with Ibuprofen.  Then last spring I started having sort of a constant stomach ache/heart burn/gurgle thing going on.  I went to the my primary dr. who said it sounded like a Peptic ulcer.  She tested me for H. Pilori which was negative, so we narrowed it down to years and years of Ibuprofen use.  So, I quit taking Ibuprofen, started taking a prescription tummy medicine and the stomach issue is 99% gone--only acts up when I eat greasy food--I felt that McDonald's cheeseburger & fries for a couple hours the other day.  However, that left me with back, neck, shoulder and upper arm pain that Tylenol doesn't really help.  So, I thought it was time to check into what I knew I ultimately needed, a br. I had a consult with a ps last Thursday.  He said I'm a good candidate for a br and would need a fng for best result.  This is due to n2n measurements of 40 & 52, lots of sag and my request to be a c cup.  He said for insurance to cover my surgery, he'd need to take out 500 grams, and he says he'll be taking out 3 times that to get where I'd like to be.  I suspected that's what would be the best bet for me before the consult, but was hoping! that maybe I'd luck out and not need it.  I'm 5'3'' and about 165 pounds.  My bra band size is 36, who knows what cup size, I've never found one that fits right,so I just sort of wing it. However,  I measured the other day using the link I found here where I leaned over and measured and the measurement  around was 49 inches, which would be a K.   I'd love anyone's thoughts.
