Fraxel Repair best for under eye wrinkles and tightening?

I have a fiancé who has been allowed 2-4 weeks of leave from Afghanistan and I would love to look my best for him. I was given Restore treatments and didn’t know there was Repair available (I'm so upset). Can you tell me the cost of Repair, please? I’m in Riverside.

I am a 46-year-old female with fair skin and blond hair. I had my first Restore in 2008. I don't have a lot of money and I would like to look my best for the money I spend. Is this the best treatment for under eyes and overall tightening?

Hi Lastevns, Fraxel repair is a wonderful treatment for overall facial rejuvenation including the eye lids in most patients. The cost of the treatment varies as stated by Jen above. Given your fiance is serving our country in Afghanistan, I would think that most physicians would consider discounting your treatment, I certainly would. You will need 10 days to recover, but I would recommend having the treatment at least 30 days before he returns. G-d bless your fiance and you. Good luck and be well. Dr. P

i sincerely wonder if your fiancee is considering looking his best for you. just an interesting question. if he is, then maybe you should get a laser peel together, or fraxel if you have the money, as it takes three to five treatments i've heard. if he doesn't care what he looks like, YOU should care. if you don't care how attractive HE is and only how attractive YOU are, then maybe a psychologist who helps in sexual arousal might be able to help you. after all, for a relationship to work (especially a relationship with as much pressure as one half of the couple serving in the army!), BOTH halves of the couple must find the other equally arousing and awe-inspiringly beautiful--as well as have other characteristics that engage the other partner. Good luck.
