What does everyone use for scar treatment?

I am very happy with the Scar Away sheets. I ordered the 7 inch strips and cut one in half lengthwise. That covers my whole scar. I keep two strip and rotate them when I need to. I found some hand soap at Walmart that is antibacterial and has no moisturizer in it. I have been able to wear my strips for so may weeks I lost count. You get 12 in a box for about $60 on Amazon. I like the way they make my scar feel. They protect it from rubbing on my clothes and getting irritated. I espectially like them when I get my period. My scar get more tender and itchy then, and they help a lot to keep things calm. It is very important to wash them and rinse them well when removing them. I store the set I am not using on an empty plastic bottle. Keeping dust and dirt and chemicals off of them is a key to making them last longer. I also use coconut oil for scar massage. I got it in the vitamin section at Walmart for $10. I had been using vitamin E, but seemed to be developing a bit of an allergic reaction to it so I switched to the coconut oil. a few weeks ago. I massage it in at night every once and a while. Mostly I wear the Scar Away.

I have been using vitamin E Scar Serum, by palmers...They have so many things out I hear ppl using some type silcone strip, but those can get expensive.

I have been wondering the same thing. Had mine done Aug 3 and could not be happier. Don't have the stitches out yet, but would like to know what works best.
