Looking for a reputable PS in New York for TT n Lipo

Hi everyone! I'm a 38 year old mother of 4 year old twins. Needless to say my stomach is wrecked.  I'm looking for a PS in NYC or NJ. I live in Rockland NY. I would appreciate any advice as to how to go about this process. I have no idea what to expect lol
