Best thing ever for post op constipation

By TallOne on 10 Feb 2012

Hi all...I am almost 3 weeks post op and can attest to the fact that the constipation is horrile.  My mom has struggled for years with this problem, and she has discovered a product that get's the job done naturally and effectively.  She began to experience restless leg syndrome about a year ago and her dr. recommended taking a Magnesium supplement to help.  Within a very short time she realized that she was experiencing a healthy BM everyday and made the connection to taking Magnesium.  She started me on it a few days after surgery and I am having great results.  It does take a few days of being consistent in taking them, but once you go, you are good to go!!  it's a miracle!!

Thank you, TallOne!

I'm six months post-op, but have had problems since a surgery I had 2 1/2 years ago.  I don't think my intestine ever fully woke up.  I will be buying some magnesium tomorrow!
