I would like to try Laviv for my smile lines and marrionette lines, possibly tear trouphs if appropriate. Does it have the potential to absorb unevely like fat can or turn to scar tissue like fat can? I am not suitable for ha fillers.

laViv consists of your own fibroblasts, the cells that produce collagen, hyaluronic acids (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.). So the answer is no. It won't be absorbed unevenly or turned into scars. Thousands of people have been treated with laViv without seeing any such problems.

The injected fibroblasts are live cells and they will integrate into your skin structure, multiply, and produce collagen and other skin matrix proteins as they naturally do. The result is a restoration of your skin to a younger state without the wrinkles. This is a gradual process that can take up to a few months. Then, it lasts for years because the cells continue to grow as they are your own cells. You will have a younger face for many years without any retreatment. This is why laViv is different from and better than other dermal fillers like Juvederm or Restylane.

I cannot post links, so do a google for "Janet David and laViv" to see her testimony after 7 years of using laViv in a clinical trial.
