Looking for Help Finding Help to Get Flat Moles Removed, in the Portland OR Area Uninsured

I have a few on my face and body all flat moles, I would like to have removed. None of the moles are bigger then a eraser at the end of a pencil, I am willing to pay cash but lack insurance the moles are a eyesore to me and effect my self esteem please help me find a doctor to get them removed.
