For those back to work (or close to it), have people noticed??.. Swollen, bigger , slow moving

I am returning to full time (pretty sedentary) work in a small company Monday. I haven't told anyone but my female boss that I had a TT. Are any of you back to work yet??... If so, what were the initial comments??...
