Fix flat, bulbuous Asian nose

So I have this stereotypical flat bulbous asian nose. Is there anything I can do to fix it? By fix, I mean reduce its size (It's too big and round), and perhaps make the bridge a little more defined.

Dr. Cochran in Dallas was responded here to another person about her bulbous nose tip, and offered this insight:

The appearance of a "bulbous tip" most commonly arises from the shape of the underlying cartilages. If this is the case, the lower lateral cartilages (tip cartilages) can be trimmed and reshaped either with sutures or with grafts to relieve the excess curvature. Sometimes, increasing the amount of tip projection makes the nostril sidewalls straighter and can help alleviate bulbousness. Some patients prefer to maintain the overall shape of their nose, but desire a "smaller version". In some cases, this is possible.

Hope this helps
