How to fix asymmetry after first breast augmentation?

About three months ago I had my first breast augmentation, 275 ccs silicone subpectoral. Everything has gone great, however my boobs are a bit asymmetrical, so I have already consulted with my surgeon who wants to do a revision lowering my left to match the lower pole in the right. I am a bit concerned that my right may have "bottomed out" and that lowering the left may not be the appropriate fix.  Also, when I flex my right muscle a strange deformity appears. Please advise!
