Where Can I Find a Payment Option Like This in Illinois?

By tc28 on 03 Dec 2011

I was doing some research online on payment options for a breast implants, I read there are some doctors that allow you to put down payments and when the goal amount is reached you get to schedule your surgery. Are there any places in illinois like this?

Hmm, I don't know. I think you might have to get on the phone, call surgeon's offices and ask around. Kind of like layaway for surgery. It's a great idea. Please let us know if you have any luck finding what you're looking for.

I live in far northern suburbs of Chicago. I went to two doctors that offered credit plans where you pay off the procedure cost interest free for 6,12 or 18 months. I am getting a mommy makeover for 13,200 that I intend to pay off over 18 months. Hope this helps.

Care Credit is the Funding service that I used because my doctor uses them. If you go to their website you can search for providers in your area that use Care Credit. I set up and 18 month no interest plan with them. I has to go through a credit approval process online. They have several plans to choose from I also saw another PS in northwest suburbs that used a difft funding service that offered 6 month no interest. That is why I think many PS have these arrangements since cosmetic surgery is expensive and not covered by insurance. It makes it more accessible to average people with average cash flow that cannot Pay it all up front. Hope this helps.

Couldn't you just do this yourself? Start a "boob fund". When you have reached the amount of the cost of surgery then schedule.
