What will be my final cup size after breast implants?

I'm 5'5 and almost 200lbs and want to go from a 36B to a 36D or DD, do anyone know how much ccs that would be about?

You're right. I'm going to dig up my implant ID card and see what I have. I was told 475 cc High Profile cohesive gels. No matter how I do the math, I can't see what happened. Taking out my old implants, removing the scar tissue, and the removal of tissue necessary to do the lift I'm guessing would have left me flat. So how, with 475 cc HP implants, am I actually so flat? I knew something was wrong the day of surgery, and I've been wondering ever since where are my boobs???? I saw her last week, she expressed no concerns and offered no explanation, seemed insulted I was unhappy and offered implant replacement minus surgeon's fee. I'm furious and sad, and seriously don't know what happened. Thank you for your input, I've been wondering if it's just me.

You are right, that makes no sense especially when you had other implants to compare these new ones with. Are you sure you got high profile? Usually when they are flat, they are more of the moderate profile. Nevertheless you went twice bigger this time so you would think that they would be bigger not smaller. If it were me I would go in there and present all the facts to her and ask to see your implant ID cards. If you post your concerns onto the ASK A DOCTOR section, you will see that they too would be surprised with this...If everything was the same except this time with bigger implants, it would be expected that you would end up with bigger implants! I would be furious...You should be at least one full size bigger. Don't settle, go back in there and talk to you PS

I am 8 weeks postop BA. I was an A- cup before, and with 475 cc High Profile silicone gels under the muscle, I am not even a B cup. I really don't know what happened and my PS has no explanation. I'm wondering if there really are implants in there???

I'am 5'2 i was a 34C i had 400cc silicone under the muscle and ended up with 36 D- 36DD. Surgery was done 10/2011 but they don't look big i wish i would of went bigger.

i am a 32 A and and have surgery in about 2months. am having high profile silicone gel inplants under the muscle.... am wanting to go to a DD..... does anyone no what size implants i would need???

Ok all of you who are confused about what size your boobs are going to be or are, here is my suggestion: go to the website linda the bra lady. There is a calculator on this site. Measure around your ribs right under the breasts wearing a light bra or tank top. Type in that exact number where you should on the page. Then measure around the fullest part of the breast. Subtract the band size number . Whatever number you get type it in the box for it. Do not add to the band size. I measure 28 band and 34 around boobs making me a 30dd-e. I have 325 Mentor HP gel placed under the muscle. I wear a triple d in wacoal and chantelle bras. I never thought I would be a triple much less a d cup, I was just hoping to be a c. With that being said I don't look ridiculously huge or anything. Get properly fitted.

I think it varies for many reasons, placement of implants, chest muscles, implant type ect. I was a 32AA prior to my surgery. I had 338 cc implants placed about a month ago and I am currently a 32D.

Great advice..thanks so much. I actually go back on 1/10/12 to see what she says. I had to be put into a special ordered bra called thongbra to help separate my boobs (help form a good clevage) they say going with big implants has a higher chance of this complication. I am so ready to be put into a real bra and see what my size is going to be, also to be able to exercise again. I am a daily exerciser and I'm having withdrawals.

I had 325 mentor hp gel placed under the muscle on 11-18-11. At my 6 week post op my ps told me I could go get fitted. I went to 2 reputable places (not Victoria's Secret!!) and my band size measured a 28-30. I was told both places that measuring a 28-30 makes you a 28-30 NOT a 32! The bra specialists put me in a 30ddd. I can also wear a dd and an e depending on the manufacturer. I am going to order a 28f and see how it feels since I was told at both places a 28 would probably be more accurate as you want the band to lay completely flat against the ribs in between the breasts. I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor and I have gone back to work; the only issue is upper body weight training, have to slowly ease back into that. Both bra specialists also told me that I was probably wearing the wrong size bra before my surgery more than likely I was a 28-30 b/c instead of the 34a I was wearing. After surgery get properly fitted at a place like Nordstroms or Dillard's where they are certified.

i had BL with BA done on 11-30-11. I was a deflated D/DD due to breast feeding 2 kids and losing almost 90 pounds. I went with moderate plus silicone 475/500cc, and it has been 5 weeks since surgery and i dont feel like i look any bigger on the bottom in clothes. I hope that once they drop they will look bigger in shirts. they still are high and look big at the top but want them to look full on the bottom too. Has anyone had the same issue and can u tell me if this look will change?

I am 5'2" and 112 lbs very active, low body fat. I was a 32AA and had 287CC moderate profile silicone implants and now am a 32D. Surgery was June 14, 2011. The size is perfect for me with an active lifestyle.

I'm thinking of getting either 325cc or 350cc.. still in a dilemma!! I just want a C cup.

Short girl with big hips, I am confused 400cc , 425cc or 450cc? I see that most patients regret going too small I spoke to my surgeon and he says 400-450cc would look great on me because although I'm 5'0 and weigh 110 I have a thicker lower body. I am very confused! I figure 425cc would be best because its right in the middle. I am about a 34 large"A"/small"B". Will 425cc moderate plus behind the muscle be too much for me? I know its not exact but should I expect to be closer to a full c, small d or full d with 425cc's? Your help is appreciated!!

Are 300cc-325cc saline implants going to bring me up to a C cup?I had a consultation for a breast augmentation and my PS says he will use a saline moderate plus implant, placed completely under the muscle and the volume would be between 300 - 325 ccs. I am 43 years old, have breastfed two children and I am 5'2" tall and 135 lbs. I wear a 34 B. I have some sagging and my breasts are far apart and narrow at the base, and slightly tubular. I definitely want the surgery, however, I am concerned that that particular volume might not bring me up to the size I am aiming for.
