Filler for dent near nose implant?

I have a medpor implant that is fine for the time and haven't had problems with it for 6 years, I'm hoping the incision in the front can be made avoiding it and placing a graft there not above it but say 6mm higher up the tip from the implant at the columella. Do you think I could have restylane injected there? to raise the dent/scar and make it less noticeable instead of surgery? I'd send a picture but the scar is more noticeable from the side and hard to get a visual with my camera. thanks

Hi Virginia, Yes, you may have Restylane injections to fill the dent/scar. Good luck and be well. Dr. P
