I fell really hard on my new implant...I'm scared

I got implants Oct 5th and had one replaced on Dec 5th. Tonight playing sports I fell hard and landed directly on my right breast. It doesn't look too much different but feels alot softer and I can't seem to feel the implant when I try to find it, like I can on the left. Should I be worried?
I would say that if you're worried at all to call your surgeon. That's what they're there for. You're only a few weeks out, have probably just started getting back into exercising and it's normal that you'd be nervous about injuries.
