Feels like I suffocating, is this normal?

I have saline implants since 1996.  I don't even recall the size, I just know I went from an A cup to a C cup.  In the last year or so,  they feel extra heavy, and they feel as though they are pressing on my diaphram, making even breathing and eating a chore.  I feel like giant water ballons are sitting on my chest.  I've had to quit exercising and am embarrassed to wear t-shirts as my nipples are always hard.   In a nutshell, I hate them.  From coming on this board, I see they can be deflated, although this is not a permanent solution.  Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to have them completely removed, but they have to go.  I can't take it much more.  I'm so anxious over these things in my body, can anyone help?  I'm in Louisiana, does anyone know if any medical schools would help?

I'm really sorry you're dealing with that feeling. It sounds uncomfortable and scary! You should definitely be checked by your or another board certified plastic surgeon to make sure something isn't seriously wrong. Not sure what your credit is like, but there are financing options available. Good luck and please let us know what you decide to do!
