Feeling bruised in my upper abs after TT

I am 3 weeks and 3 days post op and I feel like I am bruised in my upper abs.  I just started feeling this within the last few days.  Im assuming its normal and I just am now starting to feel it because my numbness is starting to go away in some spots.  Anyone else feel like this?

Is it a sort of soreness? If so, it's probably normal. Here's what some doctors have to say about soreness in upper abs after a tummy tuck.

If you're concerned, you should give your surgeon a call, though. Better safe than sorry.

Thanks so much. What they described at week 3 which is were i am at, is exactly what I feel! My next do appt is next week and since im not in any horrible pain, i'll just ride it out til I see him. Pretty sure its just the normal part of healing :-) Thanks again!
