I am currently a 32d, not terribly small, but I feel like I look smaller than my size would indicate. I am very interests in getting the mini ultimate breast lift with Dr. Horndeski, but I am nervous about looking or being smaller after my procedure. I don't think implants are for me, but I'm just trying to figure out how the lift will affect how I feel about my size. Any input you guys have would be great! If you could share your before/after sizes that'd be awesome!

actually, i heard that when you gain weight, the first place the fat goes to is your breasts so try to boob pop for fast boob growth.

I would avoid Dr. Horndeski like the plague. I'm very happy that Scarless Breast Lift is happy with her results but if you look at HadHighHopes and her ordeal...not worth the risk in my opinion. Other ladies are coming out saying they are very unhappy as well. His methods are NOT tried and true and its a crap-shoot how it will turn out. Can be fabulous, but it also can be TERRIBLE. Women are not guinea pigs - stick with a known procedure is what I would recommend. That is just my opinion and I'm glad that some people have been very happy with him...but I'm a traditionalist I guess who likes to see years and years of practice go into something if its impacting me personally.

Mine look bigger to be honest - were A cup (ish) and are now definitely a B :)

I should add this is with Dr. Horndeski. I think in traditional breast lifts, you lose some mass, he actually brings in mass from, for example, side boob. :-)

I had mini ultimate breast lift. He said he could take me from a C to a DD without any implant. I could not fathom that as every other doc said I needed like 500ccs so we compromised he would put in the smallest implant made. 185ccs. That took me above a DD. He was right. He can make you the same size or depending upon your breasts, one or two sizes bigger. I thought I was actually smaller when I first saw them. I was positive...they look smashed in at first. As they formed, they took shape. They are formed better than when I was in college. I really didn't need the implant, but I love them so I don't care that I got them!

Had an uplift and now they look massive in comparison, no volume loss, and I had really bad saggies! Lol

My dr. also told me i'd lose a half cup size because of the skin reduction. i also had lipo and labiaplasty done at the same time.

I had it done two days ago, and I think they look smaller. and not to be too crass, but my boyfriend liked the jiggle. I think that's gone away. I'm sure I'll be happier with the look in clothes though. One thing that I'm worried about it the straight line look at the bottom. the doctor says he has to overcorrect and that it will round out, but i've seen a bunch of other pictures and it still looks the same.

Who was your surgeon?

I'm the same size as I was before, but with the reshaping, it makes a big difference. I don't think I look bigger or smaller, just different. I also used Dr. Horndeski and had a mini UBL.

Do your bras/clothes fit the same? Saw your pics, you look great!

My old clothes fit (darn, was hoping to have to buy a new wardrobe, lol) but they fit *better*. I have a pre-surgery shirt that has one of those high waist / empire tops. Pre-surgery my bust was so full and saggy (I had implants too) that the top looked horrible. Now it looks great!!! My breasts are lifted and don't sag to the waist band. Tshirts look better too, I don't look so dumpy/saggy.

Here is a link to our Doctor Q&A posing a similar question. It appears that you could lose a cup size or so. Hope this helps!
