FDA says breast implants aren't forever

I read this article a while back... I'm still opting for silicone. Breast implants are one of the most scrutinized and tested devices by the FDA so I feel fairly confident with their safety.  There's a reason we're not seeing results of the PIP scandal in the US -- it takes a great deal to get them approved over here. 

I do have a few nerves about them... but I plan on getting regular check-ups with my doctor.
