Fat Transfer Side Effect

Hi all, had fat transfer from a otolaryngologist/facial plastic surgeon in TX over 5 years out and the entire fat graft has turned into scar tissue. I know to some surgeons the worst they've seen is that the fat has atrophied but that is soo not true in my case. Does anyone have any recommendations for surgeons who can remove scar tissue from filler jobs or fat transfer underneath the skin?

Fat transfer scars are unusual, but possible. Address these issues with a board certified plastic surgeon who may be able to address the lumps or hardness caused by scar tissue.
