Fat cheeks!

Hi, i have fat on my cheek and my jaw that makes my face look huge. Wonder will it help to reduce my face size if i go for the Botox injection? I am quite a thin person and really look weird with a huge face. Need your advise. Thanks!

As a layperson, from what I understand Botox only works on muscles so it wouldn't reduce fat. If it is bulging muscle causing the fullness you dislike Botox might be worth considering. Here are some Q&A's that discuss similar concerns:
